The school is run and managed by Government Registered “Sipahi Singh Social Development Trust” (Regd. No. – 32/2018). The school is situated in the peaceful and serene surroundings at village Pipra on Ara-Sasaram Highway which is 10 km far from Ara city. The building and playground of the school have spread over approximately 2.05 acres of land.

The school is purely English medium and is Affiliated to C.B.S.E., New Delhi vide affiliation no – 331013 (Till 31/03/2029)
